SUBWAY®
Worked as a global team member to the learning and development department for Subway®.
I developed a number of educational and promotional videos (which included scripting, storyboarding and shooting), interactive courses, print work and liaised with international Subway® employees and contract translation companies.
USER EXPERIENCE
I developed a number of digital learning materials for the subway
employees, both for headquarters staff and franchise owners.
These materials had specific applications for use which had to be considered when determining the delivery methods. Most of my outcomes were based on the Subway Sandwich Artistry courses designed to train new Subway Sandwich artists. This training had to be incredibly user-friendly, engaging, and informative, and it had to work seamlessly between a phone and a computer.

MOTION GRAPHICS
Part of making engaging learning materials also included the production and editing of various videos used throughout the course work. These videos were made explicitly for new Sandwich Artists™ and exist on the University of Subway® (a learning platform used globally by all Subway® employees).
The video to the left, is a publicly avaible promotional video that I developed as part of my role on this teams.
